A perfect day in the neighbourhood: Yorkville Edition

Since then it’s established itself as one of the most luxurious areas of the city and a hot spot for celebrities when they’re visiting the city. The area features world class shopping and dining, but also feels like a small village within a city. We’re so excited to have two projects coming to the area – Exhibit and 1 Yorkville. With so much around them, residents won’t need to go far to spend a perfect day right within their own neighbourhood. Continue reading

Visiting Toronto’s Past: The History of Casa Loma

Thanks to the good people at Heritage Toronto, preserving old buildings and landmarks throughout the city has become a priority here, which is awesome. One of the most famous landmarks in Toronto actually isn’t too far from our project, 1 Yorkville. This festival was created by designers and is helping to make design more accessible for the people of Toronto. As fans of great design, we’re so excited for it. The festival takes places across Toronto and you’ll find exhibitions set up in storefronts, immersive gallery installations, lectures, workshops, and more! This year, it runs from January 18-24 and there’s something in it for every design aficionado.

Fresh has been a popular spot for vegetarians and vegans in the city and we’re lucky to have a location nearby at Yonge and Eglinton! And you don’t have to be a vegetarian to appreciate the delicious flavours and healthy dishes that they have to offer. They make living well taste really, really good. You may have seen some snaps of their food on Instagram before because, let’s face it, their fresh bowls are also really pretty.
