Exhibit offers panoramic views of Toronto’s city skyline. That view includes Canada’s largest museum, the Royal Ontario Museum (ROM) with its Deconstructivist crystalline form structure known as the Michael Lee-Chin Crystal, juxtaposed against historic, Italianate Neo-Romanesque features of rounded and segmented arched windows and decorative moldings and cornices.
The prestigious architecture and beautiful green spaces that make up the University of Toronto campus are also part of the incomparable view from Exhibit. The picturesque walkways and ivy covered buildings have been part of the landscape for over a hundred years and will undoubtedly remain for hundreds more.
Situated in surroundings like these, it can definitely be said that Exhibit offers a room with a forever view.

Summer has come to a close and it’s been awhile since we last updated you on the progress of our projects. The last time that we checked in it was in the spring and we’ve certainly seen some growth since then. We’ve been busy working away on our active projects from 1 Yorkville to E Condos up at Yonge and Eglinton. Continue reading
If you’ve been near Avenue and Bloor recently you may have noticed Exhibit, our stunning condo that’s going up just across the street from the ROM. Overlooking the ROM’s crystal addition designed by Daniel Libeskind, Exhibit is a four cube structure adding to the dramatic architecture of the area.
Last time that we checked in with the progress of Exhibit on the blog, it was looking like this. The balcony siding was just beginning to be put up and we’ve come a long way since then!
Take a look for yourself:
As you can see, we’re nearly finished with adding the balcony siding and things are really coming together at the side. We can’t wait to show you more soon! Stay tuned.
The first warm days of spring serve as a startling reminder that soon we’ll have to shed our layers, our comfy (albeit bulky) sweaters, and don our summer wardrobe. For some this news is welcome, while for others, this means the horror that is bathing suit season. Whether you look forward to dusting off your daisy dukes or not – this time of year serves as a great excuse to adopt a new workout regimen. If you’re looking to up your fitness game but need a little inspiration, let the beautiful new Equinox Fitness in Yorkville serve as that reason to go to the gym.
It’s an exciting time here at Bazis HQ, as we’re making steady progress on many of our active developments. In case you missed it, we just put the finishing touches on Emerald Park, our stunning duo of green towers in North York. You can check those out right here. More centrally located is Exhibit, our stunning variated tower going up across from the ROM. Last time we updated you on this site, we were on the 23rd floor, right before the pivot of the final cube: As you can see from the photo below, we’ve added the entire fourth cube. Now, we’re ready to pour the roof slab! This means the site will be topped off, and the skeleton of the building is complete. If you stop by our site at Yonge and Avenue, you’ll see the full scale of this amazing tower: As you can see, the balcony siding is also going on. Watching our buildings go up never gets old, and we can’t wait to share the next update. Take a look back on all the progress we made in 2015.
