We kicked off the year with the finishing touches on Emerald Park, our iconic green glass towers located at Yonge and Sheppard. This striking and luminous architectural concept, dramatically punctuates the monochromatic skyline of North York.

1 Yorkville: June Construction Update

There’s so much to love about the Toronto skyline. When it comes to the skyline around one of the most luxurious areas of the cities, we’re excited to bring a new addition to it soon. 1 Yorkville is our project that’s being built at the corner of Yonge Street and Yorkville Avenue. Last month we started a new series titled ‘Architecture That Doesn’t Serve a Purpose’ where we look at famous landmarks from around the world, that are just that: landmarks. We took a look at the Eiffel Tower, how and when it was created and what it’s used for today (spoiler alert: only good for attracting tourism). This month, we take a look at something a little closer to home: the Washington Monument.
