A look back at BAZIS in 2016
2016 has been a busy year for the entire BAZIS team with a number of projects taking shape. We kicked off the year with the finishing touches on Emerald Park, our iconic green glass towers located at Yonge and Sheppard. This striking and luminous architectural concept, dramatically punctuates the monochromatic skyline of North York.
Construction Update: Fall Edition
As we enter the month of December we’re struck with one overwhelming thought: where has the time gone?! 2016 has been a big year for our on-the-go projects. Lots of changes and progress has been made on both our E Condo and 1 Yorkville sites. If you’ve walked past either in the past 365 days you can attest to the activity and great work being done. A perfect day in the neighbourhood: Yorkville Edition
It’s an area of Toronto that has a rich history. In the 1960s it was notably a big part of the Toronto bohemian cultural scene. Since then it’s established itself as one of the most luxurious areas of the city and a hot spot for celebrities when they’re visiting the city. The area features world class shopping and dining, but also feels like a small village within a city. We’re so excited to have two projects coming to the area – Exhibit and 1 Yorkville. With so much around them, residents won’t need to go far to spend a perfect day right within their own neighbourhood. Continue reading
1 Yorkville: June Construction Update
There’s so much to love about the Toronto skyline. When it comes to the skyline around one of the most luxurious areas of the cities, we’re excited to bring a new addition to it soon. 1 Yorkville is our project that’s being built at the corner of Yonge Street and Yorkville Avenue. Visiting Toronto’s Past: The History of Casa Loma
Toronto’s cityscape is full of history – but most of you likely already knew that! Thanks to the good people at Heritage Toronto, preserving old buildings and landmarks throughout the city has become a priority here, which is awesome. One of the most famous landmarks in Toronto actually isn’t too far from our project, 1 Yorkville. If you’ve been around Yorkville, you’ve probably noticed that we’re making progress on our latest project: 1 Yorkville. It’s hard to believe that soon this site will be home to our beautiful tower featuring 58 floors of luxury residences and amenities – including a stunning rooftop lounge, fitness studio, spa amenities, and much more!
