Yorkville Art Crawl: Our Favourite Galleries in Yorkville
Being a part of the Yorkville community really means having access to some of the greatest things Toronto has to offer. Our city has a vibrant arts culture and Yorkville has been a hub for that since their hippy days in the 60s, up to today with the AGO, Canada’s largest art gallery, just a 10-minute walk from Exhibit. The reality of it is that you don’t even have to go that far to visit some of Toronto’s best art galleries, and you might even be able to take something home! Yorkville’s local galleries are places for local artists to sell their amazing work, or international artists to find some new fans in Toronto. Check out some of our favourites. Continue reading
Coolest Amenities Ever
We love cool condo amenities quite a bit. We’ve made that very clear with our big plans for 1 Yorkville. Then there’s the wellness centre which has water massage tables, a sauna, steam room and an indoor-outdoor relaxation space. And that’s not all, we have an outdoor screening facility and a CrossFit studio, amongst other neat amenities.
But enough about us, let’s check out other cool building amenities from around the world: Continue reading

Basically, when you hear the term “pre-fabricated building,” think of it as several factory-built units or components that are then built on the site to complete the building.
The pieces are already made and then usually shipped to another location to be assembled into one building. Pretty cool, right? The building is almost fully constructed before it even gets to the site and becomes a building. Many prefer it because it cuts construction time down dramatically. Continue reading
