Mini Construction Update: E Condos
It’s been a month since we’ve last checked in with you at Yonge and Eglinton, the site of our new midtown development E Condos, and lots has gone down – and up – since then!
4 Reasons To Love Bayview and York Mills!
Summer 2015 has been great for us! We’re making tons of progress on our active sites, and we’re thrilled to be announcing a new project – Estates on Bayview! These ultra-modern townhomes on beautiful Bayview Avenue will feature contemporary architeture, terraces, and large, full backyards! We can’t wait to start unveiling these townhomes as they take shape – don’t forget to register for updates! – but first, we want to show you around this amazing area.
As you can see, our site is in the centre of a lot, with easy proximity to shopping, dining, amenities, transit and the 401! Here’s five reasons we can’t wait to dig in at Bayview and York Mills!
1. Proximity to schools
This area is full of amazing education options, both public and private. Your options will include the renewed Toronto French School, Crescent School, York Mills Collegiate Institute and tons more options in Ward 13. These schools are all rated far higher in quality than the citywide average, and they’ll be right in your backyard.
2. Ravine & Hiking Access
As you can see from the above map, our site backs onto one of Toronto’s notorious ravine systems. Green space is harder and harder to come by in Toronto, but these townhomes not only offer full grass lawns, but access to lots of space to explore! It even connects to the beautiful and historic Edwards Gardens.
3. Accessibility
Bayview & York Mills can feel like an enclave, but it’s perfectly positioned to access everything you’ll need in the city. A short walk to the subway and TTC ground service, 5 minutes from the 401, and close to Yonge or Lawrence – you’ll never feel isolated, but you’ll be insulated from the city’s busiest hubs.
4. Neighbourhood Amenities
Errands are a snap at Bayview and York Mills, with close access to groceries, pharmacies, pet groomers & vets, coffee shops and everything else you’ll need to keep your to-do list short and sweet. Plus, both Yorkdale and Bayview Village malls are close at hand for a quick stop-in or a Saturday with the kids.

Construction Update: Exhibit
We’re making lots of progress at Exhibit, our development at Bloor and Avenue Road. It’s been almost a whole year since we updated you last – time flies! – and lots has happened in the interim. We’ve gone from the ground floor:
…to the 17th floor! This floor is the beginning of the third cube, which rotates slightly to the northwest on top of the second cube.
Residential windows have been added up to the 7th floor, and suite framing has started up to the 6th floor. In the lobby area, curtain walls have been added:
The parking garage is also in the midst of the framing process – you can see here that it’s been laid out in steel.
The parking garage and the first two cubes also have completed electrical and mechanical rough-ins.
We’re delighted to be on-schedule and making steady progress on this building – stay tuned for more updates, and follow along on Twitter so you won’t miss a thing.
