It’s a good time to be at Yonge and Eglinton! As our project keeps progressing, we see the neighbourhood changing and we’re so proud to be a part of it. October Preparations at E Condos
It’s been a couple months since our last update at E Condos and although it doesn’t look like we’ve moved ahead, this progress is right on schedule. In order to create a solid foundation for the building, making sure that all of the initial steps are done properly is super important, and that’s where we are now.
As you can see from these photos, we’re currently installing the shoring work so we can start digging for the underground portion of the building. In the coming months you’ll start to see a lot more action on the site as the machines start digging underground for the parking garage and pouring the concrete for the foundation.
