The beautiful thing about the Ontario Science Centre is there is so much to do. You can stay busy the whole day, or get a pass and plan to bring the kids on all the extreme weather days. With IMAX movies, Kidzone, and specialty camps and programs for kids and teens, there’s never a dull moment for the science-lover.
See the New Aga Khan Museum
View Toronto’s amazing collection of Islamic art from throughout the ages at the Aga Khan museum. The museum is an absolutely stunning work of architecture, and it houses incredible modern art as well. The 336-seat auditorium is an incredible venue for theatre and music events.
Escape to the Trails of Taylor Creek Park
Pack a picnic and head out on the bike trails of Taylor Creek Park and rest beneath a cool tree. If you keep the pace slow enough, you might not break a sweat! Pack plenty of water, the park only has one drinking fountain.
Toronto Climbing Academy
If you’re craving adventure and experiencing cabin fever, try the Toronto Climbing Academy. This facility caters to climbers of all abilities with 110 different climbs. Stay out of the sun but stay fit at the same time.
