We’ve been very busy working with Santa’s elves to give away great prizes for our 12 days of Christmas giveaway, including delivering Dlish Cupcakes to Ratehub.ca and treating some to spa days at the Stillwater Spa. We’re also working with our own dream team on 1 Yorkville, and making great progress on our projects too.
We took some time out of our busy schedule to stroll down Yorkville and admire the holiday displays – it’s truly one of our favourite things to do during the season.
We think Roots might have one of our favourite holiday windows in Yorkville. We love the fact that it looks like a Christmas tree, and is oh so Canadian! We’ve coveting some of their warm socks for Christmas, let’s hope Santa delivers.
Williams-Sonoma wins the award for holiday display that makes us want to eat candy canes and drink peppermint-flavoured mochas! We’ve got quite a list of things we want from Williams-Sonoma – including some beautiful Christmas-themed dinnerware.
We couldn’t help but admire the windows at Harry Rosen – very casual yet classy as per the store’s usual standards. Whether it’s a tie or a full suit, you’ll definitely find it at Harry Rosen!
It’s no secret that Holt Renfrew is one of our favourite stores ever. They change up their windows often throughout the year but it’s the holiday-themed windows that we love the most. Though they’re home to some of the world’s most luxurious brands, their windows encompass a true Canadian Christmas (adorned with a few fabulous items, of course).
Another Holts’ window – this one slightly more unrealistic but still uber fun.
We recently gave away a box filled with goodies from The Hudson’s Bay Company because it is one of our favourite Canadian icons. They have a few different displays as this is one of the biggest locations in Canada, each one encompassing a different holiday theme relating to Canadian winters.
This one is the ‘WARMTH’ display showcasing thermoses, warm sweaters and mittens!
