If you’re one of the lucky people that will be living at Emerald Park one day (soon!), this will be your view from the top. We took a trip to Yonge and Sheppard to explore what’s going on and we got a special glimpse at downtown Toronto from the 32nd floor. Luckily it was a clear day and we got a great view of the city, but we also got a first-hand view of what’s going on in the building. Let’s take a look.
The top is still exposed and the glass windows that will soon enclose the HVAC unit haven’t been installed yet, but that allowed us to get the open-air view we showed you above! As you can see, the crane is still erect but we’re planning on taking it down before we install the enclosing glass at the top of the building.
This is what the penthouse floor currently looks like. We’re beginning the framing and some of the windows have already been installed, like the awesome slanted ones you see in the photo below.
Here you can see the elevator shaft and we’re just waiting for some more finishes before we bring the cars in. The ropes are already up and waiting!
Here is one of the framed suites on the 29th floor.
Skipping down to the 7th floor, we see suites that already have the kitchens and bathrooms installed! In the photos below you’ll see appliances already in place along with the hanging lights and countertops.
The 4th floor terrace is also coming along nicely, with the planters installed and waiting to be filled along with the limestone flooring already in place.
One of our favourite amenities in the building is also coming along nicely and you can see it below. Yes, you guessed it – that’s the pool!
And finally, a photo of the ground floor. This will be the retail space and the elevators have already been put in place, although they’re clearly not in use yet.
We still have one suite available at Emerald Park! If you’re interested in living in our Yonge and Sheppard building, visit our website and reach out to one of our sales representatives for more information.
