1 Yorkville continues to climb to the sky, and we were excited to see Urban Toronto’s recent article and photos of our progress.

We are currently forming the 18th floor. There are 40 stories yet to go to get all the way to our incredible 58th Floor Penthouse with stunning 360-degree views (now available for sale) and our rooftop amenities which include an indoor and outdoor lounge and outdoor cinema.
Glazing is now being installed on the lower levels. The windows are also being fitted with enamel markings known as frit, which helps to protect Toronto’s birds. These markings make the building more visible in areas that are in flight range.
Additionally some of the ribbon/banding detail has begun and is receiving positive approval from Toronto’s design community. This detail is intended to reflect the changing light throughout the day, and cast light as the sun moves across the horizon.
