March 18th, 2013For the past few months, we’ve been working with the city on further developing the design of E Condos and we have some brand new renderings to share that will give you a more precise picture of what the building will bring to Yonge and Eglinton.

February 11th, 2013While some of you might stayed home from work during last week’s snowstorm, the TMG construction crew got up early in the morning and braved the icy conditions to continue their demolition work at Exhibit.

January 29th, 2013Last year we promised that demolition would begin at Exhibit in January and true to our word, demolition officially began this morning on a grey, cold and rainy Toronto day.
January 24th, 20132013 is off to a great start for us, Metropia and Plazacorp! We’re pleased to announce that our Emerald Park project is now above ground.
