Over the past few months, we’ve been following Toronto’s major transit issues on our blog including the major Union Station revitalization project and the construction of the Eglinton-Crosstown LRT.

Last week the spotlight was on our new Toronto condos in Yorkville, but we haven’t forgotten about our other Yorkville project Exhibit.

Yorkville, Toronto’s most luxurious urban neighbourhood is already home to two luxury condos, Crystal Blu and Exhibit, and we’re happy to announce that it will soon be joined by our newest project, 1 Yorkville.

One of Canada’s most luxurious neighbourhoods, Yorkville, is home to some of the best restaurants, shops and luxury condos in Toronto. With the Magnum Pleasure Store right in our neighbourhood until the end of the summer, we’ve got sugary desserts on our mind!

We’re big fans of tall buildings because we love seeing skylines and cities evolve. We believe that tall buildings are one of the key things that make up a global city.

Before we get into this months update, we’d like to start by giving a special mention to the TMG construction crew who have been working hard at the site in the middle of the summer heat.

We believe that a high quality transit system is one of the key components that make up a global city, and our architect Rosario Varacalli has often spoken about the importance of transit and how essential it is for the survival of a city.
