Last year we published not one but two lists of our favourite subway stations from all around the world. In light of all the recent discussion that’s been going on in Toronto about LRT and subways, we decided to took a look at streetcars and trams around the world.
In our last update, we promised that we’d start installing the windows in late October, and we’re pleased to report that we’re right on schedule! Over the past few weeks, we’ve been busy installing the windows on the residential levels of Emerald Park.
One of the best parts of our upcoming 1 Yorkville project is its proximity to the ROM. We could spend hours exploring the collection of diamonds and gems (we can dream we’re Elizabeth Taylor, right?), checking out the dinosaurs, and viewing the special collections, like the Mesopotamia exhibit that’s on right now.
There’s something at the ROM for visitors of all ages including those that like to party! Every Friday night from October 18th to December 6th, the ROM hosts their Friday Night Live. DJ’s, live music, food, drinks and dancing. All in a museum. It doesn’t get any better than that!
For our new project 1 Yorkville, architect Rosario Varacalli is introducing a sculptural 3D wallpaper which will change in light, shadow and colour. With that in mind, we decided to take a look at other transformative buildings from around the world that change in colour or shape.
A few months ago when we introduced our latest project 1 Yorkville, we promised that you would be amazed with what we have to show you.
Whenever we head over to Yorkville to check up on progress at Exhibit Residences, we can’t help but notice the new stores and cafes that always seem to be opening up in the area. We popped into a few recently which we’d like to showcase here on our blog. Here’s what’s new in Yorkville.
