Exhibit’s Presentation Lounge is closing on November 30th!

For our new project 1 Yorkville, architect Rosario Varacalli is introducing a sculptural 3D wallpaper which will change in light, shadow and colour. With that in mind, we decided to take a look at other transformative buildings from around the world that change in colour or shape.

A few months ago when we introduced our latest project 1 Yorkville, we promised that you would be amazed with what we have to show you. 

Whenever we head over to Yorkville to check up on progress at Exhibit Residences, we can’t help but notice the new stores and cafes that always seem to be opening up in the area. We popped into a few recently which we’d like to showcase here on our blog. Here’s what’s new in Yorkville.

We simply just love the idea of treating yourself from time to time whether it be with a cupcake, new clothes or even a new home! At the moment, we can’t stop thinking about spa days and beauty treatments.

This invisible building above that is currently in the works in South Korea has us really intrigued. The building won’t actually be invisible pers se, but will be sheathed in glass and will use a skin of LED screens to blend in with the surrounding skyline. Scotiabank Nuit Blanche returns tomorrow night for its annual all night art festival. From dusk until dawn, more than 110 contemporary art projects created by hundreds of artists will be exhibited across the downtown core.

We’re in the home stretch now. The shoring is 90 percent complete at Exhibit Residences with all the structural caissons done.
