This probably comes as no surprise to you, but Yorkville is one of our favourite neighborhoods in Toronto. Condos in Yorkville unsurprisingly are some of the most luxurious in Canada. That’s why two of our projects, Exhibit and Crystal Blu, are located there.
With perhaps the highest concentration of luxury homes in Toronto, everyone knows Yorkville is undoubtedly the city’s most stylish neighbourhood to call home. In fact, it’s also recognized as one of the top ten shopping destinations in the world! Besides shopping and the Royal Ontario Museum of course, be sure to check out these other finds in this neighbourhood.

MoRoCo We’ve heard that macarons are the new cupcakes – sounds perfect to us. MoRoCo has the best macarons in town – although their other offerings aren’t too shabby either. Buttercream filling sandwiched between delicate sweet-meringue based pastries … need we say more?
- Calling all classic music buffs! Treat your ears to great classical music at Grigorian – where the selection is plenty, and the staff are extremely resourceful and helpful. Pop in for a quick listen at one of their many listening stations or to find out about upcoming concerts!

Gallery One is the place to go to check out some cool art – showcasing work from both Canadian and internationally-acclaimed artists. They’re also great at supporting local and emerging artists too.

Enjoy some good ol’ people watching over at Yorkville Park; a series of gardens designed and arranged in a way to reflect the rows of houses that once stood there. And Yorkville is the best place to people watch because you just might end up spotting a celebrity in the neighbourhood.

Sassafraz. If you go to only one place on this list, then go to Sassafraz. Try the Lovell Springs natural trout followed by the trio of créme brûlée for dessert. You can thank us later..

We know we said macarons are the new cupcakes, but cupcakes still hold a special place in our hearts. The super popular Prairie Girl Bakery just opened up their third location in the neighbourhood. Evidence-based research suggests that banana with peanut butter icing is a win.
