We’re in the home stretch now. The shoring is 90 percent complete at Exhibit Residences
with all the structural caissons done. As we explained back in May, shoring is the least exciting part of construction. It’s a messy affair with lots of drilling and digging and takes months to complete, so we’re really looking forward to being done. The lagging is complete on the north side and tie backs on the west side of the project will start in two weeks. Here are all the latest pictures from the site.
And lastly, the excavation will finally start this week!
