As we enter the month of December we’re struck with one overwhelming thought: where has the time gone?! 2016 has been a big year for our on-the-go projects. Lots of changes and progress has been made on both our E Condo and 1 Yorkville sites. If you’ve walked past either in the past 365 days you can attest to the activity and great work being done. Both sites have required extensive excavation, but lots has happened since breaking ground.
The construction at the E Condo site has brought a lot of change to the area of Yonge and Eglinton. We’re sure you’re as excited as we are to see this beautiful structure realized. When we last updated you at the end of summer, the south tower was coming along between the second and third floor and we were getting ready to begin work on suite floors. We had started work on the ground floor of the north tower, as well. Since then we’ve made a lot of headway. Currently we’re working on forming the fourth floor of the south tower, as well as continued improvements to the ground floor of the north tower. Over the summer we saw a lot of progress being made at 1 Yorkville. Located at one of Canada’s most desirable and beautiful neighbourhoods, the arrival of 1 Yorkville has everyone in the area very excited. Over the summer the third level tiebacks were being completed and further excavation down another two levels was in the works. Here’s a look at 1 Yorkville currently…
