Fresh has been a popular spot for vegetarians and vegans in the city and we’re lucky to have a location nearby at Yonge and Eglinton! And you don’t have to be a vegetarian to appreciate the delicious flavours and healthy dishes that they have to offer. They make living well taste really, really good. You may have seen some snaps of their food on Instagram before because, let’s face it, their fresh bowls are also really pretty.
You can explore their menu on their website and if you’re indecisive, we wish you luck because there are so many options! They have tacos, burgers, wraps and more – but if you want our recommendation, go for one of their bowls! They also have a couple soups of the day, which they feature on their website so you can always check up what’s on ahead of time.
Juice, juice, juice
If you’re into the juice craze, they’ve got loads of options. You can also order some online and choose your own pickup date, which is perfect if you want to cater an event or gathering with some energizing juices or just stock up on a bunch for yourself. Our favourites are the Urban Detox and The Daily Dose! Juices typically last around 72 hours in the fridge – so plan accordingly!
Interested in a cleanse?
There’s a variety of cleanse options available from Fresh and we love that they’ve thought of everything. There are options to fit different lifestyles and you can choose the one that is best suited to you. Their cleanses even include a $20 gift card to help keep you on track after you’re finished!
Stay Fresh at home
Another thing that we love about Fresh is that they really embrace the idea of healthy living by having cookbooks so you can create better meals for yourself at home too. They currently have four different cookbooks filled with delicious recipes that show that living well doesn’t have to be difficult. Plus with the holiday season coming up, they also make a great gift for a friend.
