The finishing touches are being placed on our next Masterpiece: Exhibit. This stunning building is ideally situated at across from the ROM at Bloor and Avenue Road. As we near completion, we are now fully occupied.
The distinguished Exhibit Residences, like all Bazis projects, are defined by our unrelenting eye for detail, craftsmanship, and unique architecture. Exhibit offers panoramic views of Toronto’s city skyline. 2016 has been a busy year for the entire BAZIS team with a number of projects taking shape. We kicked off the year with the finishing touches on Emerald Park, our iconic green glass towers located at Yonge and Sheppard. This striking and luminous architectural concept, dramatically punctuates the monochromatic skyline of North York.
Summer has come to a close and it’s been awhile since we last updated you on the progress of our projects. The last time that we checked in it was in the spring and we’ve certainly seen some growth since then. It’s an area of Toronto that has a rich history. In the 1960s it was notably a big part of the Toronto bohemian cultural scene. Since then it’s established itself as one of the most luxurious areas of the city and a hot spot for celebrities when they’re visiting the city. The area features world class shopping and dining, but also feels like a small village within a city. We’re so excited to have two projects coming to the area – Exhibit and 1 Yorkville. With so much around them, residents won’t need to go far to spend a perfect day right within their own neighbourhood. Continue reading
If you’ve been near Avenue and Bloor recently you may have noticed Exhibit, our stunning condo that’s going up just across the street from the ROM. Overlooking the ROM’s crystal addition designed by Daniel Libeskind, Exhibit is a four cube structure adding to the dramatic architecture of the area.
Last time that we checked in with the progress of Exhibit on the blog, it was looking like this. The balcony siding was just beginning to be put up and we’ve come a long way since then!
