Exhibit: The Canvas is Almost Complete

EXHIBIT-EXTERIOR

The finishing touches are being placed on our next Masterpiece: Exhibit.  This stunning building is ideally situated at across from the ROM at Bloor and Avenue Road.  As we near completion, we are now fully occupied.

The distinguished Exhibit Residences, like all Bazis projects, are defined by our unrelenting eye for detail, craftsmanship, and unique architecture. With its fabulous amenities near completion, the warmer weather will see the installation of a reflecting pool, the jewel atop the crown of this urban oasis.

The residents of Exhibit can also enjoy the benefits to their overall health and wellness, with a fitness gallery. It’s located on the 10th floor and features state-of-the-art fitness equipment, a yoga studio, lockers, showers, a cool-down lounge, and spectacular views.

Situated just below on the 9th floor is the entertainment level.  A bar, lounge and party room with fireplace are available for the exclusive use of Exhibit residents, accompanied again by a more signature Toronto views.  The space is designed to accommodate everything from casual entertaining to formal dining, as it has a lounge and kitchen. In the summer months, take advantage of rooftop breezes, by opening up the exterior glass wall.

Even at ground level, the extraordinary lobby becomes the focal point for visitors and residents alike, with glass walls, muted limestone flooring, and a dramatically illuminated glass sculpture which is suspended from the soaring ceiling.

With features and amenities unlike any other, and an extraordinary location with forever protected views, Exhibit is a stunning work of art to add to our incredible city skyline.

A Room with a Forever View

The hosts of a popular network talk show always close off by reminding the audience to take a moment and enjoy the view. Residents of Exhibit are fortunate to be able to take in unobstructed views that are forever protected.

Exhibit offers panoramic views of Toronto’s city skyline. That view includes Canada’s largest museum, the Royal Ontario Museum (ROM) with its Deconstructivist crystalline form structure known as the Michael Lee-Chin Crystal, juxtaposed against historic, Italianate Neo-Romanesque features of rounded and segmented arched windows and decorative moldings and cornices.

The prestigious architecture and beautiful green spaces that make up the University of Toronto campus are also part of the incomparable view from Exhibit. The picturesque walkways and ivy covered buildings have been part of the landscape for over a hundred years and will undoubtedly remain for hundreds more.

Situated in surroundings like these, it can definitely be said that Exhibit offers a room with a forever view.

A perfect day in the neighbourhood: Yorkville Edition

Screen Shot 2016-06-10 at 3.09.47 PMIt’s an area of Toronto that has a rich history. In the 1960s it was notably a big part of the Toronto bohemian cultural scene. Since then it’s established itself as one of the most luxurious areas of the city and a hot spot for celebrities when they’re visiting the city. The area features world class shopping and dining, but also feels like a small village within a city. We’re so excited to have two projects coming to the area – Exhibit and 1 Yorkville. With so much around them, residents won’t need to go far to spend a perfect day right within their own neighbourhood. Continue reading
