It’s been a while since we checked in with the progress at Exhibit so we went down to Yorkville to check out what’s going on at our Bloor Street project! The crew is working hard to get it off the ground and they’re doing a great job.
The framing of the ground floor is complete and we’ve started working our way up to the second floor. These floors will both be retail space as the suites levels don’t start until floor 4.
The framework and rebar is almost ready for us to begin pouring concrete. As you can see in the below photos, the structural columns have been framed and are waiting for concrete.
As we continue working, all of these piles of building materials will diminish to nothing before we move on to the next floor.

2014 is shaping up to be a great one for Exhibit. Based on our current pace, we’re planning to have the windows come in the new year and construction of the suites by the end of the year.
