Before we get into this months update, we’d like to start by giving a special mention to the TMG construction crew who have been working hard at the site in the middle of the summer heat. They were out in full force during the recent heat waves that we’ve been having here in Toronto. We appreciate all the hard work and effort guys!
The good news from Emerald Park this month is that we’re going to be typical in the next two weeks! Once that happens, we’ll starting working towards our goal of pouring one floor per week.
We just poured the roof for the swimming pool on the 5th floor and we anticipate pouring the slab on the 5th floor for the first tower in the middle of this week.
The underground is in pretty good shape too, and we’ll start painting there in the next 2 weeks.
Besides reaching typical, our goal for the next few weeks is to get the basement completely finished and have the painting and the lights, fixtures and the plumbing and electricals completely working.
By fall we aim to be on top of the first tower!
