2013 is off to a great start for us, Metropia and Plazacorp! We’re pleased to announce that our Emerald Park project is now above ground.
The west crane was elevated last week. Once more floors are poured, it will be elevated again.
The verticals are now up to the 2nd floor on the west side and the ground floor on the east side. There are also more verticals towards the east side of the 2nd floor too.
The wall pour for the water collecting reservoir is now complete.
The sheet metal, sprinkler lines and drain lines are all currently being put underground.
Now that Emerald Park is above ground, construction will be moving along much faster now. As usual, we’ll update you on all the progress every step of the way.
