We are now forming the 13th floor at Emerald Park and we are working at a rate of 1.1 floors per week. Our goal is to be on the 31st floor by the time we break for Christmas.
Installation of the windows will begin at the end of October. We will start the windows from 4th floor and then work our way up. We also plan on doing the interior work at the same time that we start the windows, with the interior stud work following in mid November.
When the windows start going in, that’s when you’ll finally start to notice the dramatic shape at the top of the building where the slabs extend out.The window glazing will help create the optical illusion on the building that everyone has been waiting to see!
